About us

Trialcast is a Uk based company formed in 2005 by Steve Butler and Andy Clayton, who are foundrymen with a passion for Trials. Andy and his 2 lads, James & Dan competed regularly at local trials in the Derbyshire and South Yorkshire areas. Andy was constantly repairing the lads bikes and decided to experiment in the foundry by making his own products. The first castings produced were a pair of footpegs which performed remarkably well. So began the life of our flagship product "Ghost Footpegs". From this humble beginning investment in tooling and design led to further innovative products which performed incredibly well under the toughest conditions. Trialcast broke onto the scene in 2006 when they exhibited at the Uk World Round event at Hawkstone Park. The event was a major success and the Trialcast brand began to get a reputation for quality and value.

Our reputation was enhanced further by a young rider at the time called Jack Challoner. We were approached by his father Simon, who was looking for sponsors for Jack as he developed his blossoming career. Jack was supplied with Trialcast parts and competed at all levels of competition using Trialcast products, until his involvement with Beta at the highest level and his inclusion with Top Trial Team.


Trialcast continue to develop parts for the Trials scene and now also offer other select top brands and accessories.


Andy & Steve have recently updated their website and on-line store and hope to develop their range further in the near future.
